Suspension Straps Course

Suspension training is a method of training that is based on seven fundamental movements; push, pull, rotate, hinge, lunge, squat and plank. Each of these moves are fundamental movement patterns that everybody should be capable of. With the suspension straps you can tailor these movements for beginners up to professional athletes.
Suspension training uses your own bodyweight as resistance, and so the straps can be adjusted to increase or decrease resistance as necessary. On this course, you will learn how to programme suspension training for a class environment, but also how to apply the principles to one-to-one training for personal trainers.
