Barbell Pump Course

Barbell Resistance Training is one of the leading formats of group fitness in the world today. Being able to design and deliver a superb Barbell Resistance Training class will give you the edge in a rapidly growing sector of health & fitness.
We believe that group fitness should fit the needs of the participants, and as such we will look at two different formats for delivering a Barbell Resistance Training class. One uses moves choreographed to music, and the other uses music as a motivational tool, but the moves are not necessarily choreographed to the music.
Barbell Resistance Training, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on building muscular strength & endurance. Classes typically use a studio barbell, weight plates, and a step.
